Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen pineapple (280 grams)
- ½ banana
- 1 cup coconut milk (240 ml)
Instructions
Prepare Ingredients – Measure out the frozen pineapple, banana, and coconut milk.
Blend – Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Mix Until Smooth – Blend on high for 45–60 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed, until completely creamy.
Adjust Consistency – If too thick, add a splash of coconut milk or water. If too thin, add more frozen pineapple.
Serve Immediately – Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
Notes
For a Thicker Smoothie: Use all frozen fruit and avoid adding extra liquid.
