Description
This light Oreo cheesecake dessert is made with Greek yogurt, Cool Whip, and pudding mix—fluffy, creamy, and no bake!
Ingredients
- 1 cup (241g) nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons instant sugar-free cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup (86g) sugar-free Cool Whip
- 4 Oreo Thins
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt and pudding mix (just the dry mix—do not prepare it as pudding). Stir well until the mixture is smooth and fully blended. This creates the base of your cheesecake mousse.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip using a spatula. Mix until the texture is light, airy, and no streaks remain.
Crush the Oreo Thins—either by hand or using a zip-top bag and rolling pin—and stir them into the mixture. Blend just enough to distribute the cookie bits throughout the fluff.
Transfer the mixture to small bowls or jars if desired, or keep it in the mixing bowl. Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy straight with a spoon, or use as a sweet dip for fruit or pretzels.
Notes
The mixture thickens slightly after chilling, so prepare in advance for best texture.
