Description

These Oreo cinnamon rolls are packed with cookies and cream flavor! Made with Pillsbury Grands, heavy cream, and crushed Oreos for a gooey treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 5-count can Pillsbury Grands cinnamon rolls
  • ½ cup (119 g) heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) cream cheese (optional; softened to room temperature)
  • 10 Oreo cookies (crumbled, plus more for topping)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Your Oven & Pan

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Lightly grease an 8-inch or 9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.

Step 2: Unroll & Fill the Cinnamon Rolls

  • Open the Pillsbury Grands cinnamon rolls, setting the included icing aside for later.

  • On a surface lined with parchment paper, carefully unroll each cinnamon roll into a strip, keeping the cinnamon filling facing up.

  • Sprinkle the crumbled Oreo cookies evenly across the exposed cinnamon filling.

  • Gently roll each strip back into its original spiral shape, ensuring the Oreo crumbles stay inside.

Step 3: Arrange & Add Heavy Cream

  • Place the filled cinnamon rolls into the prepared baking pan, spacing them slightly apart to allow for expansion.

  • Pour ½ cup heavy cream evenly over and around the cinnamon rolls.

Step 4: Bake Until Golden Brown

  • Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown and cooked through.

  • Start checking for doneness at 20 minutes to prevent overbaking.

Step 5: Make the Oreo Cream Cheese Icing

  • While the rolls bake, combine softened cream cheese and the reserved Pillsbury icing in a small bowl.

  • Stir until smooth and creamy.

Step 6: Frost & Garnish

  • Remove cinnamon rolls from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.

  • Spread the cream cheese icing generously over the warm rolls.

  • Sprinkle with additional crushed Oreos for an extra cookies and cream crunch.

Notes

If you prefer a stronger cream cheese flavor, increase the amount to ¼ cup.

Skipping the cream cheese? Just use the icing that comes with the cinnamon rolls!

Ensure Oreos are coarsely crumbled for the best texture.
