Description
An easy no-bake strawberry Jello pie with fluffy texture, bright flavor, and a classic graham cracker crust.
Ingredients
- 3 oz box strawberry Jell-O gelatin
- ⅔ cup boiling water
- 1 cup ice cold water
- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- Fresh strawberries (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Dissolve the Gelatin In a large mixing bowl, pour the boiling water over the strawberry Jell-O gelatin. Stir continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved with no visible granules.
Add Cold Water Stir in the ice cold water until fully combined. The mixture should begin to cool slightly but remain liquid.
Chill Briefly Allow the gelatin mixture to sit at room temperature for a few minutes until it thickens slightly but does not set.
Fold in Cool Whip Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the gelatin mixture until smooth and evenly colored. Take care not to overmix to keep the filling light and fluffy.
Fill the Crust Pour the strawberry mixture into the graham cracker pie crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Refrigerate Until Set Place the pie in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2–3 hours, or until fully set and firm.
Garnish and Serve Before known, garnish with fresh strawberries if desired. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Allow full chilling time for clean slices
Thaw Cool Whip completely before using
Use a ready-made crust for convenience
