Description

This chilled no-bake strawberry jello dessert features Golden Oreos, whipped cream, cream cheese, and real berries in a stunning layered treat.

For Oreo Crust:

  • 36 Golden Oreo cookies

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Strawberry Cheesecake Layer:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

  • 1 1/4 cup whipped cream

  • 1 1/3 cup diced fresh strawberries (about 5.5 oz.)

For Strawberry Jello Layer:

  • 3 oz. strawberry flavored gelatin (like Jello)

  • 1/2 cup boiling water

  • 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt

  • 4 cups whipped cream

Topping:

  • 23 cups whipped cream

  • 45 oz. white chocolate bar (for curls)


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

  1. Place the Golden Oreo cookies into a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.

  2. Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl and add the melted butter. Stir until all crumbs are coated and the mixture resembles wet sand.

  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form a compact crust layer.

  4. Place the crust in the fridge to set while you prepare the next layer.

Step 2: Make the Strawberry Cheesecake Layer

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add the softened cream cheese and beat again until no lumps remain and mixture is fluffy.

  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream using a spatula until combined.

  4. Stir in the diced fresh strawberries until evenly distributed.

  5. Spread the mixture evenly over the chilled Oreo crust.

  6. Return the dish to the refrigerator while you prepare the jello layer.

Step 3: Prepare the Strawberry Jello Layer

  1. In a heatproof bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water, whisking until completely dissolved. Let it cool for about 10 minutes.

  2. Once cooled but not set, add the strawberry Greek yogurt and whisk until smooth and creamy.

  3. Gently fold in 4 cups of whipped cream using a spatula until fully combined and fluffy.

  4. Carefully spread the jello layer over the cheesecake layer in the pan.

  5. Place the dish back into the refrigerator and chill for at least 4–6 hours, or until the jello layer is firm and set.

Step 4: Add the Final Topping

 

  1. Once the jello layer is set, spread 2–3 cups of whipped cream evenly over the top.

  2. Using a vegetable peeler, shave curls from a white chocolate bar directly over the whipped cream topping.

  3. Chill the lasagna until ready to serve.

Notes

This recipe is best enjoyed fully chilled and fresh. It does not require any baking, making it perfect for warm-weather entertaining. Using stabilized whipped cream will help layers stay firm longer.
