Description
Creamy no-bake peanut butter cheesecake balls—just 4 ingredients, no oven required, decadently smooth and peanut buttery.
Ingredients

							Scale

			- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
 - 1 cup powdered sugar
 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers (or similar crust crumbs)

Instructions
- Make sure the cream cheese is very soft (room temperature) so it mixes smoothly without lumps.
 - In a medium-sized bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.
 - Add powdered sugar, creamy peanut butter, and vanilla extract into the bowl. Mix thoroughly, using electric mixer or hand mixer, until the mixture is uniform in color and texture—no streaks.
 - Fold in the crushed graham crackers gradually, so they’re evenly distributed throughout the cheesecake peanut butter mixture. The crumbs should help firm up the balls.
 - Once the mixture is well combined, use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion out bites. Roll each portion between your palms into smooth balls.
 - Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper or wax paper.
 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours until firm enough to hold shape.
 - Once chilled, serve cold.

Notes
- Soft cream cheese is critical; if cold, you’ll get lumps.
 - Adjust sweetness if needed—depending on how sweet your peanut butter is.
