  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper (a pinch, adjust for spice preference)

Instructions

Step 1: Melt the Cheese

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, add the white American cheese, milk, and butter.
  2. Stir frequently to prevent the cheese from sticking or burning.

Step 2: Add Seasonings & Chilies

  1. Once the cheese starts to melt, stir in the green chilies, cumin, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper.
