Description
Lazy Girl Tiramisu Cups—no-bake layered dessert with coffee-soaked biscuits and fluffy mascarpone cream, ready in 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 200 g ladyfinger biscuits (savoiardi)
- 1½ cups strong coffee or espresso, cooled
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 200 ml heavy cream (or whipped topping for shortcut)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting
- Optional: chocolate shavings, coffee liqueur
Instructions
Brew & cool: Make your coffee or espresso and let it cool. You can add a splash of liqueur for an extra kick.
Make the cream: In a bowl, beat mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
Dip the biscuits: Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the coffee (1–2 seconds per side). Don’t over-soak—they’ll fall apart.
Layer: In cups or small jars, layer dipped biscuits, then a spoonful of cream. Repeat layers to fill the cup.
Top it off: Smooth final cream layer and dust generously with cocoa powder.
Chill (optional): Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1–2 hours for extra chill and flavor meld.
Notes
Best served cold—flavors intensify after chilling
