Creamy Hot Honey Chili Crunch Dip with cheddar, cilantro & lime. Chilled, spicy, & perfect with pretzels, crackers, or veggies!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoons hot honey
- 1 ½ tablespoons chili crunch
- ¾ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- kosher salt and pepper
Instructions

Soften the Cream Cheese

Place the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.

Using an electric hand mixer (or a stand mixer with paddle attachment), blend until completely smooth and fluffy.

Mix the Base

Add the mayonnaise, hot honey, and chili crunch to the bowl.

Continue mixing until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the texture is light and creamy.

Add Flavor & Texture

Fold in the grated sharp cheddar cheese, sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, and fresh lime juice (start with 1 tablespoon, add more to taste).

Season with a pinch of kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir until evenly combined.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl or airtight container.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld. You can also chill it overnight for even better results.
