Baked Feta Pasta is an easy, creamy one-pan recipe with roasted tomatoes, feta cheese, and bow tie pasta—perfect for cozy dinners or quick meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups grape tomatoes, washed and dried
  • 18 oz brick of Feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked, drained, and kept warm

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Oven and Baking Dish
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium-sized baking dish, scatter the grape tomatoes evenly.

Step 2: Add the Feta
Place the whole brick of feta cheese in the center of the dish, nestled among the tomatoes.

Step 3: Season
Drizzle 3 tablespoons of olive oil over the tomatoes and cheese. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and salt over everything. Then, drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil directly on the feta cheese.

Step 4: Bake
Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes. The tomatoes should burst, and the feta should appear soft and slightly golden.

Step 5: Mix the Sauce
Remove the dish from the oven. Using a spoon, stir and mash the feta and roasted tomatoes together until you get a creamy sauce.

Step 6: Finish the Dish
Stir in the chopped fresh basil. Then, add the cooked, warm bow tie pasta and mix thoroughly to coat all the pasta with the sauce.

Step 7: Serve
Serve hot, garnished with extra basil if desired.

Do not skip the olive oil; it’s essential for the rich texture.
