Rich, fudgy 5-Ingredient Keto Brownies—low-carb, sugar-free, gluten-free, and insanely easy. The perfect chocolate fix in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients
½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
⅓ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
⅓ cup keto sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or blend)
2 large eggs
¼ tsp baking powder
Optional (for extra richness):
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 Tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
Prep oven & pan: Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Line a small 8×8″ baking dish with parchment paper or grease it well.
Mix wet base: In a medium bowl, stir almond butter and eggs until smooth.
Add dry: Add cocoa powder, sweetener, and baking powder. Stir until fully combined. Batter will be thick.
Optional mix-ins: Fold in chocolate chips or chopped nuts for added texture.
Bake: Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the center is set but still soft.
Cool: Let brownies cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing. They firm up as they cool.
Slice & enjoy: Cut into 9–12 squares and serve!
